Cardinal Burke’s Golden Jubilee
Join us in wishing Cardinal Burke a blessed Golden Jubilee. Fifty years ago this year, His Eminence was ordained to the Holy Priesthood by Pope Saint Paul VI on June 29, 1975, the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul; consecrated Bishop of the Diocese of La Crosse by Pope Saint John Paul II in 1995; named Archbishop of St. Louis in 2003; and created a Cardinal by Pope Benedict XVI in 2010. He has served as the Prefect of the Apostolic Signatura and as the Patron of the Order of Malta. He founded the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in 2008. Join us in praying for the intentions and the mission of Cardinal Burke.
