Volunteering Opportunities
Volunteers are essential to the mission of the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe!
If you are interested in assisting pilgrims from all over the world or in helping behind the scenes, and nourishing one’s own spiritual life, please consider becoming a volunteer.
We are seeking volunteer help in a variety of areas, including:
- Votive Candle Chapel
- Cart Drivers
- Liturgical
- Assist the Norbertines in the care of the Shrine church
- Help in departments as needed
- Data Entry
- Caring for the grounds, i.e. clearing snow and ice; maintenance; projects
- Landscaping; maintaining the gardens; Our Lady’s Garden Club
- Annual Fall and Spring Clean Up Days
- Front Desk

Join our café team at the Shrine, where hospitality and service come together to welcome pilgrims and guests. The Café Supervisor plays a key role in leading daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a warm, efficient, and high-quality experience for all visitors.
