Multiple Novena Translations
Cardinal Burke invites the world to unite in Prayer for his Nine-Month Novena to Our Lady of Guadalupe. The Prayer of the Nine-Month Novena to Our Lady of Guadalupe is to be said daily from now until the Solemnity of Our Lady of Guadalupe, December 12, 2024. The Prayer was written this year, by Cardinal Burke, specially asking for Our Lady’s intercession. Over 130,000 people have united in prayer. The faithful include various nationalities, inspiring multiple Novena translations including: English, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, and more in development (Latin and Vietnamese). Many languages, one prayer said for the next nine months.
Unification Through Translation
Each translation is carefully done to uphold the integrity of the words and their meaning. Thank you to the many, wonderful souls who all have contributed to the multiple Novena translations that encourage unification of Catholics in this daily prayer. “Unite our hearts to your Immaculate Heart so that they may find their true and lasting home in the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.” – Cardinal Burke in the Prayer of the Nine-Month Novena
“Catholic” comes from a Greek word meaning “regarding the whole,” or, more simply, “universal” or “general”, according to the Oxford Dictionary of English Etymology.
