Full-Time Cafe Supervisor 
Join our café team at the Shrine, where hospitality and service come together to welcome pilgrims and guests. The Café Supervisor plays a key role in leading daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a warm, efficient, and high-quality experience for all visitors.
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day café operations and workflow
- Supervising, training, and supporting baristas and café staff
- Ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
- Stepping in to prepare beverages and serve customers as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous café, food service, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
