Friday, November 1, 2024, is the Solemnity of All Saints, a Holy Day of Obligation.
Mass Times on the Solemnity of All Saints
8:30 a.m. Low Mass in Latin
12:15 p.m. English
The Shrine will offer Holy Mass at the usual times of 8:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. One adaptation to the normal schedule is that the 8:30 a.m. Mass for the Holy Day will be a Low Mass in Latin according to the Ancient Use of the Roman Rite. The 12:15 p.m. Holy Day Mass will be in English and will be the monthly Mass offered for the Living & Deceased Members of the Marian Catechist Mass Guild. This intention is normally offered for Guild members every 1st Saturday, but on All Souls Day, November 2nd, Masses can only be offered for the faithful departed. So this November, we are moving the Guild intention up one day. We encourage everyone to renew their fervor in calling upon their heavenly patrons each day to intercede for their needs before the Face of God in heaven. Our monthly devotional prayers commemorating First Friday and the Most Sacred Heart will also be offered, as usual.
